Quality Assurance

The Center has a Quality Assurance Program designed to ensure that client-specific Quality Assurance and FDA Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices are met. New equipment and software are validated prior to placing in service. Calibration and maintenance are tracked using Calibration Manager® software.

Assurance to Clients

• All projects are carried out under confidentiality agreements
• All deadlines are strictly followed
• Regulatory compliance is by approved protocols and/or Standard Operating Procedures
• CADD works closely with clients to best meet their needs

Staff members are dedicated to the activities of CADD and focus on excellent service, based upon sound scientific principles.
