To the University of Iowa Graduate Admissions Office, please submit:

____ An official GRE/GMAT test score report (the University's institution code is 6681*)
____ An official TOEFL score report, if applicable (the University's institution code is 6681*)
____ The $60 application processing fee ($100 for international students)
If you apply on-line, the fee is payable by Mastercard or Visa.
*No department code is required.
IMPORTANT: This fee must accompany your application for your request for admission to be considered. Without the appropriate fee, your application will not be processed. All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars in either a check drawn on a U.S. bank, a U.S. Postal Service money order, or an international money order. Make checks payable to The University of Iowa. Do not send cash.
