12/5/06 -- We are currently reviewing abstracts submitted for the conference. The full program and schedule will be announced here in early January.

8/26/06 - Just confirmed: Caryl Flinn, renowned scholar of film music and new German cinema, has agreed to be our keynote speaker. Professor in Women's Studies at the University of Arizona, she is the author of The New German Cinema: Music, History and the Matter of Style and Strains of Utopia: Gender, Nostalgia, and Hollywood Film Music.
