With support from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), we are pleased to host a one-day professional educational conference to disseminate the latest information about providing evidence-based care to older adults with mental illnesses. We are particularly interested in looking at collaborative models of care for behavioral health providers when they partner with primary health care clinics and aging service programs.

The audience for this conference includes mental health specialists, primary care professionals, aging service providers, long-term car providers, program administrators and policy makers.
