Facility usage policy:

- Instrument fees are billed at full rate Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM; 75% of full rate 5PM-12AM; and 50% of full rate from 12AM-8AM and weekends.

- Staff labor is discounted 50% when training investigators.

- Users get full access (swipe card and keys) to the instrument they've been trained on, as well as added to the online scheduler.
