Samuel McCormick is a Presidential Fellow with expertise in communication and social theory, critical histories of rhetoric and philosophy, contemporary rhetorical theory, ideologies of the aesthetic, and methodological intersections between media studies, rhetorical criticism, and interpretive social science. He successfully defended his dissertation in September 2006 and will be an Assistant Professor at Purdue University in Fall 2007.
