| If you are interested in sub riding, please read and sign the sub rider agreement and return it to the Van Pool Program. You will also need to contact the Van Pool Program to place your name on the waiting list for the van(s) you want to sub ride on. | ||

| When a permanent assignment becomes available, you will have the opportunity to become a permanent van member. If you decline any permanent assignment, your sub rider agreement will be suspended for six months and you will not be allowed to sub ride on any van during that time. | ||
