If you are a University of Iowa employee, have steady work hours and are looking for a cost efficient way to get to work, then the UI Parking & Transportation's Employee Van Pool Program may be for you. We lease University owned vans and provide them to groups of University employees for the purpose of getting them to and from work.

Currently we have 83 vans from various communities, which provides over 850 University employees with an economical way to get to work.

One volunteer member drives and is responsible for the van; others pay a monthly fee to support the operating costs.

Benefits Include:

• Less wear and tear on your vehicle
• Less expensive than driving alone
• Freedom to work, read, relax or socialize while riding
