Travel Fund Opportunities

 

 

 

Travel Funds: Harshbarger Funds

 

You may apply for up to $250 for the first conference and $50 for each additional conference in one academic year.

To apply:

  1. Please submit (in writing, hard copy) a memo to DEO stating that you are presenting at the conference.
  2. Please attach a copy of the program (printed off the web) that shows your name listed to the memo
  3. Complete a travel form and submit to Chris Brenneman in main office.
  4. Once the DEO approves, Chris will set up a "trip" for you and assist you with reimbursements.
  5. You will be given $250 of department funds for the first conference to use for your travel needs, and you can reapply for an additional $50 of department funds for each additional conference.
  6. Please be sure to give Chris all your receipts for reimbursement, if at the end of the academic year additional funds are available the DEO may chose to reimburse additional travel expenses.
