Rita Zajacz

Rita studies the relationship between communications policy and international relations from a historical perspective, with a special emphasis on the strategic uses of early point-to-point communications technologies in Britain and in the United States. Her research has appeared in the Journal of Broadcasting and Electronic Media. She is currently working on a project analyzing the process of hegemonic transition in wireless telegraphy.

Her teaching interests include the history of communications technologies, communications policy, media and society and the business of the media.
