What is a Dashboard?
The dashboard is what you see when you login to your personal fund raising account. From your dashboard you can do many things such as customize your personal page, import contacts, send emails, view activity on your site, and see who has donated to you. To log into your dashboard you can click here or click Dancer login at the top right of every page.

What if the transaction appears twice on my online statement?
If your credit card transaction is declined, a hold will still appear on your account for 48 hours. You should not be billed twice.

It says my ZIP code and address do not match, what is wrong?
This error indicates that there is a discrepancy between your billing address for your credit and the address entered. Please refer to your statement for the correct billing address.

Forgot your password or user ID?
Under "Participant Log On" there is a link to help you locate your missing information. Select "forgotten password/user id".

The site seems to be moving slowly...
This could be caused by various issues including a poorly performing router, overused server connection, or problems with the host. Most of the problems occur between your personal computer and the ultimate destination and waiting 15-30 minutes may solve your problem.

What does the thermometer mean?
The thermometer represents only those donations received through the Online Giving System. Your cumulative total is maintained by the DM Business Committee. Please contact dm.database@gmail.com with questions regarding your total.
