| The English Department
honored its top undergraduates at
a ceremony on April 27, 2007 in
the Lasansky Print Room and Willis
Atrium at the UI Museum of Art.
Nearly a hundred faculty members,
students, and their guests were
treated to live piano music and
hors d'oeuvres before the program,
which recognized also English students
garnering awards from University
Honors Program or the College of
Liberal Arts and Sciences.
Departmental award
winners were honored with professionally
calligraphed certificates and advisers
remarked on the projects of students
graduating with honors in English.
