Students
who need to have a
test proctored can request this service from the Evaluation and Examination
Service by completing the Proctoring Services
form. To register for a test date:
1.
Print and complete the registration
page of the Proctoring Services form.
2.
Either bring or mail the registration form to:

Call the Test Programs Coordinator at (319) 335-0362
or email us at ui-testing@uiowa.edu to schedule a test date.
4.
There is a fee of $30 for the first two hours; $10 for each additional hour.
