There are several options for answer sheets that allow from five to ten responses per item. The default answer sheet for the majority of classroom tests is the 5-response half sheet that allows for 115 questions. A sample of the answer sheets supported by EES is available at: Answer Sheets

Answer sheets are provided free for classroom tests and quizzes. They are available either from EES or a department/college student service office. Check with your college or department to see if they maintain a supply of answer sheets.

Answer Sheets for Non Classroom Testing

Answer sheets for purposes other than testing, (e.g., class or lab attendance, research, departmental reviews, surveys, questionaires, ets.), can be purchased from EES. The EES Fees list includes the charges for answer sheets.
