If you are interested in the Elementary Education B.A. or B.S. you should be ready to take either 22M:6 Logic of Arithmetic or 22M:12 Theory of Arithmetic, depending on your area of specialization within the education program.

Here’s what you need to do to be ready for 22M:6 Logic of Arithmetic:

Master the work in first year algebra (22M:1)

Here’s what you need to do to be ready for 22M:12 Theory of Arithmetic:

Master the work in first year algebra (22M:1)
Master the work in second year algebra (22M:8)
Master the work in pre-calculus (22M:9)
