Informatics B.A. or B.S.

If you are interested in the Informatics B.A. or B.S. you should be ready to take an applied calculus course, for example 22M:16 Calculus for the Biological Sciences or 22M:17 Calculus and Matrix Algebra for Business.  This major will require mastery of an applied statistics course and of precalculus mathematics.

Here’s what you need to do to be ready for an applied calculus course:
 
Master the work in first year algebra (22M:1)
Master the work in second year algebra (22M:8)
Master the work in pre-calculus (22M:13 or 22M:15 or 22M:9)
