Merit staff complaints decreased by 31%

P&S staff complaints increased by 5%

Faculty complaints decreased by 8%

• Incivility: 30 cases, drop from 102 in 2003-2004

Faculty Council: encourage review of Professional Ethics and Academic Responsibility policy

• Ongoing dialogue about the value of research
• Plagiarism: continued education needed on academic integrity
