Committee Charge: To carry out the tasks assigned to the Commission under Operations Manual Part III, Chapter 29.

Meeting Dates: This committee does not meet as a whole. Appointed panelists only meet when there is a dispute that is not resolved before a hearing.

No grievances or charges were submitted to the FJC in 2005-2006.

Activities: The FJC has no activities beyond those required by the Operations Manual. The Presiding Officer also handles informal telephone and email enquiries.
