FCS National Championships '07
|
The 2007 FCS National Collegiate
Bass Fishing Championships took place September 27-29 on Lake
Lewisville just north of Dallas, Texas. The second annual
event brought 83 two man teams representing 48 colleges and
universities from all across the country. The University
of Iowa sent 3 two man teams, Nick Hansen and Tyler Larsen, John
Haynes and Bob Downey, and Ross Koehler and Ben Salow. The
team consisting of Nick Hansen and Tyler Larsen had the
strongest showing catching a five fish limit the first day
weighing 9.8 lbs and adding two more fish the second day to
finish in a tie for 16th overall with 13.24 lbs.
