The Free Radical and Radiation Biology Program is home to 5 primary and 21 secondary and adjunct faculty, all of whom are committed to research, teaching and training the next generation of researchers. Our research interests include (but are not limited to): Epigenetics, metabolism, cancer, gene expression, tumor suppressor, antioxidant enzymes, oxidative stress, cancer biology, radiobiology, cancer therapy, mitochondria, redox biology, free radical biology, medicine, ascorbate chemistry, vitamin C and cancer treatment, quantitative redox biology, free radical chemistry, antioxidants, superoxide, iron in biology, electron paramagnetic resonance, vitamin E or Tocopherol, nitric oxide, kinetics and thermodynamics, redox regulation of the mammalian cell cycle, Click here to learn more about the individual labs.
