I am working with myeloma and stroma cells from both mice and humans. I am trying to look at the effect of radiation as a therapy for myeloma, its effect upon the redox status of the cell and its effect when combined with antioxidants like NAC or drugs like Bortezomib and Dexamethasone. Also, I will look at the effect of bone marrow stromal cells on the chemo- radioresistance of the myeloma cells
