
The primary mission of the Director of Financial Management/Budget and University Secretary is to provide assistance for the Senior Vice President for Finance and Operations. The Director is responsible for managing the Business Office as well as overseeing the following areas:
Financial Management
- Admin. Svcs. Overhead Calculation
- Cash Monitoring
- Cost Analysis
- F & A Rate Calculation/Negotiation
- Faculty/Staff Effort Reporting
- Miscellaneous Cost Accounting Reports and Surveys
- Cost Accounting Standards Board Disclosure Statement (CASB DS-2)
- Service Center Policy
- Records Management
Budget
- Budget Development
- Budget Assistance and Monitoring
