4/5/12 March 2012 FMS, SGRE and TDS reports
Due to a processing error in March accounting, expenditures posting to institutional accounts 7355 and 7360 were incorrectly categorized to the FMS budget category code of “Costs Charged in Error” instead of “F&A Costs”.  This error will be corrected in April accounting.  Please contact Angie Klein, angela-klein@uiowa.edu, with questions or concerns.

Upcoming Changes

Grant Management Reports are going paperless…the Grant Accounting Office has undertaken a new project that will eliminate the monthly printing of the grant financial statements (FMS, SGRE & TDS).  In addition to going paperless, we will also be redesigning the current financial statement into an easier-to-use format, which will include various drill-down capabilities as well as new management reports.  Watch for future updates on this important project.
