Note: The models we stock change frequently, so we may have newer items not yet listed here. Some items may not be available if all are rented. Call for current information.

All charges are prorated for short-term, daily rental. The daily rate is normally a straight proration of the monthly rate, but in some cases a it may be higher for rentals of five days or fewer.  LCD projectors have a three-tiered rate structure with a daily rate for short terms of up to five days, a somewhat lower rate for rentals over five days but less than one month, and the lowest rate for extended rentals.  Please contact us with any questions about short- vs. long-term rentals. Rentals may require a minimum charge or a rental period of two days.

An interdepartmental requisition form, sent to us via fax (4-3924) or Campus Mail, is required to rent equipment. Generally, we deliver rentals within 24 hours after we receive the form. Urgent requests can be handled more quickly, but call first to be sure we can make delivery within your time frame. Last-minute, walk-in requests may also be filled here at our warehouse - provided you bring a requisition.
