SUPERVISORS: UI Learning & Development can provide in-house departmental training that supports a need in your area. Programs typically range from one to three hours in length. Call (33)5-2260 for an intake. During the intake, you will be asked some questions so that we may tailor the training to your needs:
- Tell me about your reason for seeking this training.
- What do you want your group to achieve as a result of this training?
- What specific behaviors would you like to see more of/or less of?
- What would the participants think about this training?
