This session will build on the initial HR Fundamentals topics. It is intended to be more interactive and advanced, with primary focus on case study analysis.
- Performance improvement plan
- Case studies
- HR leaders will have an opportunity to practice and advance skills related to the performance management process to be shared with their managers and supervisors.
- Utilize a PIP template for managers and employees to assist in clarifying expectations, identifying resources for improvement, and identifying resources for improvement and articulating timeframes for improvement.
Participants (audience course is aimed at):
Senior HR Leadership Representatives (first priority), HR Unit Representatives. Prerequisite is completion of HR Fundamentals Series.
