Healthy, engaged, and productive staff are critical to the success and performance of the University. Through this course, learn about the direct links between individual health and performance, and how staff can be impacted by health improvement programs. As a leader, take away ideas on how to support best practices in the area of health improvement and performance within your unit as well as your own personal strategies for improving resilience and energy.
Objectives:
- Understand the business case for health integrated management;
- Identify key organizational strategies for support of health management within your unit or department;and
- Identify at least one personal strategy that will enhance your resilience as a leader and support a positive work environment.
