Highly Effective Meetings
Course # 58
Advertising Description:
Meetings are costly, so using this valuable time wisely is important. In this class, participants will learn the distinction between "managing the task" and "managing the people" during a meeting and why both are equally important for the facilitator to be aware of. Time will also be spent identifying strategies for planning, preparing, and participating in the meeting to energize and keep the group moving. The class is application-based so that participants get to experience many of the methods suggested.
