Estate Planning is a way for a parent to protect and plan for family members (especially children) in the event of death or incapacity. Estate Planning addresses financial resources, property, custody and decision-making. This seminar will (1) explain basic estate planning tools, (2) review options and approaches available to parents, (3) identify steps to institute and implement plans and instructions and (4) explain the use of Advance Medical and Financial Directives.
