Facilitators are often asked to work with groups or teams that have difficult projects or decisions to make. If you are asked to facilitate in these circumstances, there may be resistance from within the group. This session will help you recognize that resistance, and give you practice on how to overcome it. Intended for trainers who may be trying to implement change within a work group. This session uses techniques based on the work of Ingrid Bens, found in her book Facilitating with Ease.
