If you are a merit staff member, unit supervisor, or HR Representative who would like to know more about how the merit reclassification process works, this course is for you. This brief one-hour session will help you understand the steps that may be involved in reviewing a merit reclassification request, from preparing a PDQ and meeting with a job analyst, to submitting an appeal. Learn how you can locate the necessary forms on-line and who to contact with questions about the process. Feel free to bring questions to class as well.
