This course will address alcohol abuse in the workplace and how to spot the signs. It will also address the drug free workplace policy here at The University of Iowa and how to help employees who are under stress.
Objectives:
- Identify signs of alcohol abuse in stressed employees;
- Familiarize employees with UI Drug Free Workplace policy;
- Inform employees of resources for help;
- Encourage people/employees at risk to seek help
