Strategies for Effective and Efficient Email Management
Course # 629
Email is a critical part of the “way we do work.” However, because it can be difficult to keep up with the ever increasing volume of messages, email is also a major source of stress in the workplace. This workshop will present a method of approaching email commonly referred to as the “inbox zero” method. The method will be discussed in detail, so that participants can immediately begin applying it in their own work. Although the method can be used with any email program, in this workshop, the instructor will demonstrate how to implement it using Outlook 2010.
