Gives insights on study abroad program travel and cash handling requirements such as the program director/faculty budgetary responsibilities, compensation, travel, program advance handling, allowable and prohibited expenses, alcohol and gift policies, program advance receipts submission.
Objectives: (At the end of this course participants will be able to)
Understand IP/UI program advance handling, allowable and prohibited expenses as well as receipts submission requirements for both P-cards and cash.
