This course is intended to provide background as to why Financial Sub-Certification was implemented at The University of Iowa. It is an overview course which provides key areas of discussion related to each of the 16 sub-certification questions. Over the next several months, separate modules will be developed which specifically address policies & compliance related to each of the 16 sub-certification questions.
