Performance Management
Performance Management is an important component of the supervisor/staff member relationship. It facilitates the growth and development of staff members and achievement of institutional goals. It is a continuous process that begins during the initial hiring process and continues throughout the year. The actual performance review is a formal opportunity to review the progress made during the year and set goals. All University members need to be aware of the expectations of their position as well as how they will be evaluated.

Recording Annual Performance Review Dates

Under the HR Applications tab, select Online Update and then Performance Appraisal. Follow the prompts to record the date of the review.
