MORNING SEMINAR HIGHLIGHTS

Resilience is defined as “the ability to adapt to change with speed and agility.” The speed of change seems to be increasing for many of us. In this workshop, you will learn the difference between ‘blind optimism,’ ‘hopeless pessimism,’ and ‘expectant realism,’ and become more effective in responding to change. Expectant realism is a willingness to face the unpleasantness of your circumstances while simultaneously displaying a persistent determination to personally benefit from those circumstances. Become adept at looking for ways to personally learn, improve or benefit from a change whatever it may be through reflection and practice in this interactive seminar.
