Coffee and conversation

Provost Jon Whitmore is hosting a series of open discussions on topics of general interest and importance to the University.

The subject of the next discussion will be the first goal of the University’s 2000-2005 strategic plan, New Century Iowa: Bridges to the Next Horizon.

All interested faculty and staff are invited to attend to discuss the University’s goal "to create an undergraduate experience that enables students to fulfill their intellectual, social, and career objectives."

Also included will be a discussion of the position and impending search for an associate provost for undergraduate education.

The discussion will be held from 10:30 am to noon, Feb. 16, in the Penn State Room, IMU.
