Nancy Andreason,
professor of psychiatry, inducted into the Association of American Physicians.

Byron Bork, lecturer in physical therapy, recipient of the 2001 Olive C. Farr Distinguished Service Award from the Iowa Physical Therapy Association.

The College of Medicine, recipient of a Bronze Achievement Award from the American Academy of Family Physicians for the number of graduates entering an accredited family medicine residency from 1998 to 2000.

V.C. Patel, professor of mechanical engineering, recipient of the Best Technical Note Award from the American Society of Civil Engineers’ Journal of Hydraulic Engineering.

Axel Ruprecht, professor of oral pathology, radiology, and medicine, selected as a fellow of the American College of Dentists.

Richard Sontheimer, professor of dermatology, inducted into the Association of American Physicians.
