Longevity Awards presented for October

In July 2000, Staff Council implemented a service recognition program that acknowledges all P&S and merit staff who have reached 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, or 50 years of continuous service at The University of Iowa. The Longevity Award program is funded by a portion of the Coca-Cola funds allocated to Staff Council programs. Longevity Award winners receive a certificate and letter of appreciation from the President’s Office, issued during their anniversary month and distributed by their HR unit representative.

Award recipients, as of October 2000, along with their current departments, are listed below.
