fyi to publish monthly
As a cost-saving measure, fyi will move to a monthly publishing schedule beginning in April.
The next issue (March 8) will be published on the current schedule. After that, readers can expect to find fyi in their regular distribution spot on the first Friday of each month. The issue after March 8 will be published on April 5. Confused? Check the staff box at right (or see below) for publishing dates and deadlines for submission of copy. Deadlines can also be found on-line at www.uiowa.edu/~fyi/pubinfo.html or by calling the new fyi editor (as of the April 5 issue), Anne Tanner, at (38)4-0018.
Because fyi will be published on a monthly basis, the calendar listings in fyi may not be all-inclusive. fyi gets its calendar information from the University’s on-line master calendar. Continue to submit calendar information to Penny Caldwell, Campus Information Center, IMU, or fax number (33)5-0497. Readers also may submit calendar items to Anne Tanner for possible inclusion elsewhere in fyi.
