Get the facts, find your way around with new University brochures

What are the top five undergraduate majors? How many fans does Kinnick Stadium hold? What percentage of the University's budget comes from state appropriations?

The answers to these questions and many others can be found in Facts, a pocket-sized brochure containing information about the University, published by the Office of University Relations. The piece is divided into easily found information about undergraduate education, graduate and professional education, research, resources for teaching and research, University of Iowa Health Care, outreach and service, the Iowa Center for the Arts, athletics, and public and private support. In addition, it includes telephone numbers for frequently called campus offices and a list of current administrative officers and collegiate deans.

University Relations also publishes the Visitors Guide, which includes a large campus map and which highlights campus attractions such as the Museum of Natural History, Old Capitol, and the Iowa Center for the Arts, and other entertainment in Iowa City and the surrounding area.

Facts and the Visitors Guide are available free upon request. To order, contact Kelly Huston at (38)4-0040 or kelly-huston@uiowa.edu.

By the way, the answers are open, pre-business, engineering, pre-medicine, and psychology; 70,397 seats; and 19.5 percent, respectively.
