The talks will be held from noon to 1 p.m. in the International Center lounge and are free and open to the public. A light lunch will be served. Pre-registration is not required.

Upcoming International Mondays talks include:

  • Oct. 15—Man-sik Lee, International Writing Program poet; “Peaceful poet in the middle of the South and North Korea conflict”

  • Oct. 22—Kelly Clifton, professor of urban and regional planning; “Transportation issues around the world: What can the United States learn?”

  • Nov. 5—Jerry Schnoor, professor of environmental engineering and co-director of the Center for Global and Regional Environmental Research; “Rio +10 Conference: Environmental sustainability and economic development.”
