Bulletin Board Need help with tuition? Applications for two tuition programs sponsored by UI Human Resources are due July 20. Faculty and staff members in a degree program in support of institutional goals that are work-related at The University of Iowa may be eligible for the Tuition Assistance Program. This program pays for up to 4 semester hours of course work each semester. Staff members who are not in a degree program, but would like to take a course that is in support of institutional goals that are work-related, may be eligible for the Staff Tuition Grant Program, which pays $200 toward a class either at The University of Iowa or other eligible institutions. or call (33)5-5464. Apply for a pilot grant The University Environmental Health Sciences Research Center is accepting applications for its 2003 pilot grants program. The center takes a multidisciplinary approach to agricultural and rural environmental exposures and health effects. All UI researchers interested in the field are eligible, with priority given to junior investigators. Deliver applications to Michal Hampton, 124 IREH, by noon June 13.
