New Leaders for Hancher
Charles Swanson and Judith Hurtig have been named to permanent leadership positions at Hancher Auditorium after nine months as interim codirectors.
Swanson will serve as executive director and Hurtig as artistic director. Both positions will report to Vice President Phillip E. Jones.
Swanson and Hurtig were named to the interim posts last fall when the former director, Wallace Chappell, left to become executive director of the American Ballet Theatre in New York City.
