It's time for your flu shot

Note: This is an OLD schedule. Here's the link to the 2008 schedule.

Flu shots will be available for University staff in November. The shots are free for permanent full-time and 50 percent or greater part-time staff. Hourly, temporary, contract, or part-time less than 50 percent may get flu shots for $9 (check only). After the close of the vaccination program on Nov. 18, anyone requesting a flu shot will have to pay $9.

The schedule is:

Nov. 4—9 a.m.-3:30 p.m., 351 IMU; 7:30 a.m.-noon, UIHC Employee Health Clinic.
Nov. 5—8:30 a.m.-10 a.m., Oakdale Hall Gold Room; 1-5 p.m., Employee Health Clinic;
Nov. 6—all day at the Health Fair, Field House;
Nov. 7—8 a.m.-noon, UIHC Employee Health Clinic;
Nov. 8—9:30-11 a.m., 302 USB; 1-5 p.m., UIHC Employee Health Clinic;
Nov. 11—9 a.m.-2 p.m., W401 PBB, 1-5 p.m., UIHC Employee Health Clinic;
Nov. 12—7:30-noon, UIHC Employee Health Clinic;
Nov. 13—8 a.m.-noon, UIHC Employee Health Clinic;
Nov. 14—1-5 p.m., UIHC Employee Health Clinic;
