New E-Pro voucher tool
Online voucher entries are even easier, thanks to
E-Pro, a new web application. Developed by Purchasing
and Accounts Payable and Information Technology Services,
E-Pro is available at https://preqs.its.uiowa.edu.

Electronic
W-2 forms
When you sign up to receive your UI W-2 electronically,
it’s a win-win for you and the University.
You’ll get your W-2 about a week earlier than
you would if you waited for paper mail, and the University
will be able to reduce the $15,000 annual cost of
mailing the forms.
To give the UI permission to provide your W-2 only
electronically, visit the Human Resources Self Service
web site at http://hris.uiowa.edu/selfservice, and
click on “Stop Paper Mailings” under “Personal
Information.”
