Hancher Auditorium will celebrate its 35th anniversary with a diverse offering of entertainment, an emphasis on family entertainment, and outdoor offerings from the Joffrey Ballet.
The 2007-08 season will feature its fair share of theater, from Broadway evergreens to intimate new productions; dance, both classical and contemporary; music ranging from tango to classical to jazz; and just in time for caucus season, the comedic irreverence of Lewis Black.
Students in the University’s Center for the Book can learn the mechanics of letterpress printing on one of the finest pieces of print technology in the world, the Vandercook proof press. There are two of them in North Hall, in the center’s Type Kitchen and Professional Studio.
