Offices and Awards
Michael Kolen, professor of psychological and quantitative foundations in the College of Education, received the Award for Career Contributions to Educational Measurement from the National Council on Measurement in Education.
Murray Madsen, program consultant of occupational and environmental health in the College of Public Health, was reelected to the Prairie Power Inc. Board of Directors and will also serve as assistant secretary-treasurer of the Executive Committee.
Christy Moroye, assistant professor of teaching and learning in the College of Education, received the
Outstanding Dissertation Award from the American Educational Research
Association.
Chris Ogren, associate professor of educational policy and leadership studies in the College of Education, was elected to a two-year term as secretary of the American Educational Research Association’s Division F (History and Historiography).
Sherry Watt, associate professor of counseling, rehabilitation, and student development in the College of Education, was selected as the associate editor of the College Students Affairs Journal.
