Hats off to staff, faculty for their commencement effortsBefore thousands of soon-to-be University of Iowa alumni venture off into the career market, many of them will make one last pit stop before leaving campus: commencement. Photo feature: Lady Pink works with UI artistsNew York graffiti artist Sandra Fabara, widely known by her alias, Lady Pink, collaborated last month with Deborah Whaley, UI assistant professor of American studies and African American studies, and UI art students to create an 8-foot by 20-foot spray painted mural. Fabara was on campus as part of a current exhibition by the University of Iowa Museum of Art.
